Qualifications & Experience :
Graduate with a Degree in HR from a reputed university and 8-10 years of HR experience, of which 1-2 years will be in the Middle East.
Our client is a large FMCG manufacturing & distribution organization based in the UAE.
You will be responsible for all areas of employee relations, performance management, compensation, HR planning, HR development, change management initiatives, etc.
in a fast-paced challenging environment. Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and be aware of local employment laws.
Based in Dubai, you will be travelling extensively to Oman and other GCC countries.
