The Executive Assistant to the CEO does the following :
Project Management :
Manage projects as needed, from planning to research to implementation. Provide basic, descriptive statistics on current projects to evaluate effectiveness.
Prepare and facilitate CEO meetings with key stakeholders. Ensure that meeting agenda and objectives are realistic, and preparation is complete.
Demonstrated execution of meeting management and small to mid-size event management for office and organization.

Prepare business analysis
MIS support on various business parameters
Conceptualize and Prepare strategic project plans
Proactively identify issues that could impact the successful execution of the CEO’s commitments. Identify those issues about which the CEO should be aware and frame ideas to resolve the problem or mitigate the risk.
This is among the most challenging aspects of the job and will require the EA to focus on the underlying interests of the parties working with the CEO, understand their intentions, and creatively identify alternative means of handling pressing issues.
Stakeholder Management :
Prepare and edit communications on behalf of the CEO as well as conduct research in support of these communications. Communication can encompass correspondence of all kinds, as well as presentations, speaking engagements and social media communications.
Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, residents, and the general public.
