Job Details :

  • Configuration andsupport of services provided to the users, on PCs and mobilecomputing devices.
  • Installation and support of PCs,printers and other authorized peripheral equipment (either on-siteor remotely, as required) within the agreed SLAs.
  • Escalate and follow-up on recurring issues and problems.
  • Assist with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventativemeasures - Coordination with vendors and third-party.
  • Work closely with the server and network team to maintain userpolicies and logon scripts to ensure proper privileges for users onthe network.
  • Report defective equipment / parts tomaintenance inventory, documents repairs, maintains and restocksassigned parts inventory to ensure proper spare parts levels. JobRequirements :
  • Diploma in IT.
  • Previousexperience of working in an IT support role.
  • Excellentorganizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of MicrosoftWindows and MAC client operating systems as well as varioussoftware packages including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability todemonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysistechniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with awide variety of people in a professional manner, face to face, onthe telephone and in writing.
  • Good attention to detailand ability to show initiative
