Responsibilities :
Handing databases of all group companies.
Managing performance and tuning of SQL queries, and fixing the slow running queries in production with utilities, like Explain, Trace, and Stored Outlines.
Working heavily with relational database models, schemas, and entity-relationship diagrams (ERMs) to create technical / system design documents.
Fetching data through queries from DW tables as per marketing requirements and automated daily dashboards.
Researching and optimizing functions and operation of databases.
Monitoring database systems and solving technical glitches, loading database software, and maintaining servers.
Analyzing business operations and updating existing databases.
Developing logical and physical database models according to business needs.
Working on most complex data warehouse environments and having expertise in the design, creation, management, and business use of extremely large datasets.
Building in-house analytics tools by using fusion charts.
Modifying existing databases to meet unique needs and goals determined during the initial evaluation and planning process.
Testing programs and databases to identify issues and make necessary modifications.
Building schemas, database tables, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, event schedulers, based on the requirement to create database tables in the form of data warehousing, having big data to create views to decrease data size.
Translating complex business reporting requirements to an architecture, design specifications and code, customer segmentation, data warehouse, analytics and reporting.
Analyzing complex data and identifying anomalies, trends and risks to provide useful insights to improve internal controls.
Eliminating downtime by accurately implementing database from avoiding table deadlocks.
Implementing BI solution framework for end-to-end business intelligence projects.
Coordinating with project management staff on database development timelines and project scope.
