  • All rental requests routed through different business sources are taken care.
  • Liaison with Sales executives for proper documentation, create reservation and upload user documents in Carpro.
  • Source new business for achieving rental target.
  • Execute Short term business for Workshop / Teachers / Aggregators etc.
  • 100% Compliance of procedure by branch CSRs (Check outs & check inn, documents, Register closing & unreported mileage etc- Measure as per Audit report
  • To maintain customer Satisfaction Index (All parameters excluding GCRM points Average) - Only Excellent
  • Liaison with Service Scheduler to attend customer requests for service / repairs as and when required.
  • Entering details in the system with accuracy and managing DP site
  • Handling branch register (closing and variance clearance)
  • To improve process / procedure by giving innovative ideas
  • Qualifications

  • Should have Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in sales / customer retention
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a high volume role
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Rent a car background is a plus
  • Organization
