Job Duties :

  • Source new salesopportunities through converting the below mentioned channels intodirect booking channels, through meeting guests upon arrival anddeparture and lead follow up and communication
  • Understand guestneeds and requirements
  • Have comprehensiveand up to date knowledge of all the propertie’s uniqueselling points, features, amenities, services and policies
  • Routequalified opportunities for further follow up and communicationuntil the closure of future bookings.
  • Close sales andachieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas
  • Research arrivaltrends, and identify key planners and generate interest
  • Team with channelpartners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Route any servicerecovery action to the concerned leaders, and make sureit’s taken care
  • Provide feedbackto the Director of Sales and Marketing on monthly basis.
  • Qualifications and requirements :

  • Must have apleasant personality
  • Proven indoorsales experience
  • Preferably Arabicspeaker
  • Strong presenceand experience in meeting dozens of guests daily
  • Proficient withcorporate productivity and presentation tools
  • Strong negotiationskills
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills
  • Strong follow upand customer relationship skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timeeffectively.
