Job Description :
Direct, manage and control all activities related to the service department and ensure the continuous development of service process, analysis, competencies and activities;
Prepare and submit the annual service plan and monitor and submit a monthly & quarterly business and financial status and performance reports summary for Top Management;
Ensure strict management of all aspects of service activities including cost, plan, budget, quality and time management .
Develop customer retention to achieve and exceed customer service expectation using the approved SOP’s;Recruit, manage, train and support the service team with reference to the agreed business plan and standards;
Conducts performance review with service teams in regards to the performance feedback, visit success rate, customer satisfaction and retention;
Manage, plan and control all technical support functions within the section and enhance the research activities to strengthen the team abilities and competencies;
Ensure strategic solutions oriented services in the field of, copiers, printers, audio visual, printing management etc.
Education : Basic - Bachelor of Technology / Engineering , Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
