Job Role : Sales Coordinator -Machinery

JobResponsibilities :

  • Assist & Support the sales team, focusing mostlyon managing schedules, filing important documents (Inquiry LogBook, Quotation file, Customer order file, Purchase order file ,Invoice & Delivery note file, Debit Note file, Credit notefile) and communicating relevant information.
  • Measure of inquiries by maintaining Inquiry log bookwhich covers all the inquiries received, quoted and regretted andthereby analyze the pattern of inquiries in consultation with thesales staff.
  • Prepare Quotations on time andthen follow up with client for the status of the quote, negotiatingterms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • On time Acknowledgement the Orders received, processingthe Supplier Purchase orders, Follow-up with the freight forwardersand internal logistics team for timely delivery of the material asper agreed terms.
  • Ensure Invoices aresubmitted to customer on a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments of Kanoo and the client toprovide the service most suitable to the client's needs,cost and time restraints.
  • To produce reports(Monthly Reports, Order status file, Projections, Stock &Debts Report, Business Opportunities, etc.,) on progress withinWorkshop Solutions and outline any developed strategies toimprove.
  • JobRequirements :

  • Thecandidate must have a minimum 2 years of sales coordinationexperience.
  • Prior experience of salescooridnation in the machinery industry, preferably in the heavyequipment (rental solutions) is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management,commerce or any other equivalent qualification isrequired.
  • Candidate must have administrationand management knowledge.
  • Skills and Competencesrequired :

  • Thecandidate must have coordination skills, technical / specializedknowledge skills.
  • Candidate must have verygood Ms Excel skills to prepare different reports.
  • Must be a team player, ethical and customerfocused.
  • Required to have negotiation skills,analytical ability, executive reporting and team managementskills.
  • Must have excellent communication andwritten skills in English.
