To manage productization process for HCT Academic Programs as part of the product management services through continually initiate, manage, and enhance offerings and processes, protocols and procedures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the product management strategy in alignment with HCT’s system-wide strategy and HCT 2.0 Transformation.
Conduct portfolio planning for academic programs and academic consultations
Evaluate business cycles of academic programs supported by comprehensive analysis and scenario planning
Ensure that all academic programs of HCT are in alignment with HCT Strategic Plans and internal and external rules and policies
Review business cases and financial projections for HCT academic products in coordination with relevant divisions.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
Full English proficiency are required.
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g. MS Office.
Product development, project management, financial analysis, market research, academic accreditation
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a relevant field with at least four years of experience in a managerial role.
