EssentialSkills & Experience Required
15+ years’ in contractmanagement food services in the healthcare sector managingrestaurants, cafes and hospital kitchens focusing on food quality,production, cost, sanitation and presentation.
Strong working knowledge of food safety and HACCPcertified.
Bachelor’s degree in Food ServicesTechnology, Nutrition or Dietetics
Currently living in the United ArabEmirates.
Fluency inEnglish - must be able to read, write and speak fluentEnglish.
