As a Front Office Receptionist, you need tohave an efficient and effective communication, timemanagement and organizational skills

Skills :

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a relatedfields
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
  • Competency in softwareapplications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Working to set standards of performance
  • Personal standards (commitment, attitude, appearance,contribution, Excellent Client interface at all times and allcosts
  • Responsibilities :

  • Sort anddistribute incoming mail and Fax
  • Prepareoutgoing mail for customers or couriers
  • Respond to all email, fax and WhatsAppmessages
  • Updating databasefrequently
  • Prepare correspondence anddocuments if needed
  • Giving necessary supportsto all Department to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Receive and handle client complaints andcomments
  • Schedule and follow up onappointments
  • Answer and address incoming phonecalls in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearly determine the purpose of the call
  • Deal with queries and provide correct information usingprofessional telephone etiquette
  • Providegeneral information about products and services.
  • Forward calls to appropriate person
  • Take and deliver messages accurately andcompletely
