Lead exploratory data analysisprojects to achieve a better understanding of the impact of contentand communications, customer lifestyle and behavior to helpdiscover untapped areas of user experience and optimization

Develop visualizations for in app customer eventsand interactions

Plan and develop effectivereporting solutions by utilizing engineering best practices andusing various BI tools

Present appropriateanalysis and commentary to technical and non-technicalaudience

Design and analyse contentexperiments, A / B tests. Building processes that ensure unbiasedexperiment planning and running the post campaign analysis

Design and support implementation ofETLs / ELTs

Orchestrate automated reporting ofmain metrics to stakeholders

Provideconcrete data-driven insights

Act as thefirst point of contact to answer all business data queries

Define and track the relevant key metrics forteam's OKRs
