Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
High level of computer literacy
Understanding of financial concepts
Understanding of local laws, culture and policies
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
Experience
3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality or retail
Experience is working with children and families is preferred
Certification of Basic Hygiene Training & Person in Charge Training is preferred
Skills required
Ability to effectively communicate with guests, suppliers and team members
Problem-solving skills
Leadership skills (overseeing two Café team members and might increase)
Ability to work in a fast paced and high volume environment
Ability (and enthusiasm) to work in a cultural diverse environment
