Job Purpose :

  • The incubant will lead the procurement function, including development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, contracting and supply management strategies.
  • Ensure the operations processes within the organization attain the best value.
  • Key Accountabilities :

  • Develop and implement procurement policies and processes
  • Ensure consistent and standardized approaches for all procurement activities
  • Design and execute the procurement strategy with tactical and innovative programs
  • Deliver enhanced benefits and value to the customer / end user and to support service delivery aims
  • Achieve a high-level of performance in procurement and deliver high quality advice and to stakeholders
  • Identify and manage commercial, contractual, operational, financial, ethical and supply chain risks
  • Minimize negative impacts on the organization while encouraging opportunity and innovation
  • Establish performance standards and evaluation processes to assess and report on procurement activity in terms of progress, results, customer satisfaction, value and cost
  • Job requirements :

  • Education : Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field
  • Experience : 7-10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of managerial role
  • Experience in a trading / sourcing company is a must
