The ENTERTAINER Business Team’s mission is to help our clients deliver the best engagement solutions for their customers and staff while establishing the ENTERTAINER business as a leader in the rewards and loyalty industry.
We design, develop and manage reward, engagement and loyalty solutions for our clients across multiple industries. Working with them to define their core objectives, success indicators and measurements.
The Offline Sales Executive will :
Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into incremental business in order to meet individual and team sales targets
Target and cold call SME’s for bulk sales of our products
Escalate large deals to the B2B sales team
Manage the new call centre vertical
Research and establish any new offline sales channels, such as booths at trade shows, events, airport etc.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization in order to maximize all opportunities and go deeper and wider with each client.
Research and build relationships with new clients.
Plan approaches and pitches, including scoping and pricing the solution, then presenting the final proposal to clients.
Log and manage all potentials in sales force
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Negotiate and close deals, and handle the post-sale administrative process with accuracy and timely follow up.
Present new products, solutions and services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience in loyalty, marketing communications and / or partnerships being preferable
Reliable, competent, quick to find solutions to problems
An understanding of Travel, Retail, FMCG, Telco, Banking industries would be beneficial
Track record of managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
The ability to plan, strategize and persuade internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including great client handling skills
Be results driven and take ownership of projects
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
