The Digital Marketing Manager for Gulf Countries is reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, Gulf Cluster and has the following responsibilities :
Increase identifiable contacts, turning them into Marketable contacts and drive active contacts
Build customer digital engagement journeys ensuring continuous growth of Monthly Active Users by customer type
Deploy global guidelines and playbooks in the daily operations
Marketo super user in charge of simplex and complex nurture / drip campaigns
Webinar planning and process optimization
Manages organic and paid social media strategy, measuring effectiveness, A / B testing, improvements to achieve ROI and gain net new customers
SEO planning and improvements
Lead website optimizations, increase visitors and satisfaction
Leverage digital touchpoints to drive marketing generated and influenced pipeline and revenues
Supported by a team of operational of functional marcom experts and works closely with DCX (Digital Customer Experience) leader
5 - 7 years of digital marketing experience
Bachelor Degree in Marketing
Strong business acumen and working with senior business leaders
Results-oriented, flexible and creative working under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong communication and presentation skills
Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement
