About the Role :
Oversee and ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are set up and ready for each service.
Supervise the staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the high standard expected opening, closing and during service.
Having a good customer knowledge and enjoy building up a regular customer base and ensuring return clientele.
Ensure that opening and closing duties are completed correctly and to the standard set out.
Provide the highest levels of customer hospitality.
Orchestrate a smooth service in their sections consistently.
Have a good understanding and working relationship with all the areas within the restaurant.
Assist and encourage all floor staff.
Take orders with a full understanding of the menu.
To ensure all standards are upheld and maintained in line with the restaurants operating procedures.
About you :
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :
A team player who communicates well with colleagues
High quality serving skills and wine knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal and written English and Arabic skills
Familiar with facilities management systems
At least one year experience in a similar position
