Position Title : Office Manager cum HR Admin

Salary : up to 9K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client :
A Dubai based Logistics Group
Job Description :
Daily monitoring of office activities and operations in general and reporting to CEO all that is necessary and handling confidential matters with discretion
Attending to necessary correspondence to suppliers and clients either via phone or email to screen and direct to proper person in charge
Arranging calendar and travel bookings of CEO and GMs to reflect clear arrangements of meetings, interviews, activities, travel, etc.
Coordinate with different departments within the organization Accounting, F&B division, Logistics, Payroll, Marketing, etc.
while acting as the main point of contact on behalf of CEO and GMs for outside partners like suppliers and agencies
Follow up with partners and suppliers as needed to close and meet deadlines on projects and making necessary adjustments if required
Taking minutes of the meeting for the Director
Qualifications :
Open to European and Filipino nationals
Female, 30-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related courses
At least 2 years work experience in an international environment within a corporate setting
Must have strong and relevant experience in supporting company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising Admin staffs
UAE Driving License is an added advantage
Immediately joiners will be prioritized
