Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queriesin a timely and efficient manner

Ensure anefficient reception experience for Guests, including check in / out,and complete audit procedures, as required

Ensure that the Guest Service Manager is kept fully awareof any relevant feedback from guests and, or, otherdepartments

Demonstrate a high level of customerservice at all times

Attend appropriate trainingcourses, when required, and assist with the Night Team straining and development efforts

Demonstrate aknowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages,promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to performdaily duties

Maximize room occupancy and useup-selling techniques to promote hotel services andfacilities

Use the correct procedures regardingthe acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash inaccordance with the hotel credit policy

Complywith hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation

Act in accordance with policies andprocedures when working with front of house equipment and propertymanagement systems

Follow company brandstandards.

Qualifications and requirements :

Previous experience in a customer-focusedindustry

Positive attitude and goodcommunication skills

Commitment to delivering ahigh level of customer service

Excellentgrooming standards

Calm, efficient, andorganized with great attention to detail

Abilityto multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when workingwith a Guest
