Job Description

  • Ordering supplies. - Hiring, training, supervising and motivating permanent and temporary staff. - Organizing staff rotas.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived. - Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided.
  • Keeping to budgets and maintaining financial and administrative records. - Coordinates services between the kitchen and drivers, while controlling activities on the receiving dock.
  • Ensures employees are in compliance with safety procedures. - Analyses sales results and competition, and recommend ways to improve the situation.
  • Furnishes sales monthly reports according to the request on a timely basis. - Resolves booking conflict based on group importance, revenue potential, alternate dates.
  • Industry : Hospitality Experience : Min 4 years same role Notice period : Immediately / 2 weeks Nationality : Preferred Arabic Job Type : Full-time Salary : AED7,000.
