We have an exciting position at a Digital Account Executive level working within our Digital team in Dubai. The Digital Account Executive is responsible for the day to day activities of our client base .
S / he will demonstrate the ability to manage up, as well as manage across with peers. S / he will learn Edelman’s various digital communications marketing processes / approaches, including social media community management, social content development, influencer management, brand engagement, and thought leadership and executive positioning exercises and be able to support integrated teams in the execution of these processes for clients.
Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives.
Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence with support of more senior team members.
Develop social media editorial calendars, post content to channels, and support community management activities on a day to day basis.
Working with and providing guidance to creative team members to develop visual assets to support the social media calendars for clients.
Provide new business development support with creative digital ideas and / or research and audits, working alongside senior members of the digital team.
Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs.
Aid in new business process including idea contribution, research and proposal preparation.
Build relationship with clients and colleague at all levels.
Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content.
Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals.
Key Requirements :
The ideal candidate must have at least one to two years of relevant experience in digital marketing and / or communications including social media management.
Native level written & spoken Arabic is a must. Strong level of written and spoken English is also required enabling strong dual-language content development skills and be comfortable writing social media content relevant to each platform (FB, TW, IG, LI)
S / he should have a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of using social media management and publishing tools (eg. Later, Hootsuite, Sprinklr)
Knowledge of social listening tools (eg. Sysomos, Meltwater)
S / he should have strong research, writing, editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
