Our client is a professional services institution with offices located all over the world and a highly visible presence throughout the Middle East region.
A superb opportunity has arisen to join the firm in their Doha Office in Qatar. This role reports to the Office Services Manager and assists with the day to day operational function of the office, as well as managing the Reception.
The role provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Leadership team, including assisting with diary and travel management, organising events and liaising with supplies, client networking and relationship management, assisting with time and expense submissions and liaising with other EA’s.
The role is based at the Reception and the successful applicant will be the face and the voice of the company and must ensure all calls and visitors to the office are met with courtesy and professionalism.
We are seeking candidates with exceptional English skills and those who possess fluent spoken and written Arabic skills would be given preference.
Candidates should be highly presented with a very corporate approach who can act as a role model and ambassador for the firm.
