Create content (qualitative andquantitative) for marketing campaigns based on primary research andfirst-hand industry insights.

To include market reports, pressreleases and thought leadership pieces

Support business growth and new lead generation; working closelywith consultants to create team-specific sales materials

Build brand awareness through the sharing anddistribution of insights across multiple channels (website, emails,social media, print)

Manage multiplemarketing channels, systems and accounts, including social mediaaccounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Google+), email platforms andthe company website

Liaise with a number ofinternal and external stakeholders, including the global marketingteam, consultants, management, external suppliers and presscontacts

Organise and manage both onlinewebinars and physical events.

You will beresponsible for identifying and booking venues / setting upwebinars via Microsoft Team and Zoom, collating content, arrangingspeakers, targeting and inviting key audiences, managing RSVPs andorganising on-the-day attendance

Monitor andanalyse ROI from marketing activity, presenting outcomes to themanagement team and office on a monthly and quarterly basis

Ensure adherence to Hays' policies,procedures, recruitment methodology and service deliverystandards

Deliver brand induction andcommunications training to all new employees

Goodinterpersonal and relationship management skills beprepared to interact with the different teams at all levels in thebusiness

A willingness to adapt and changepriorities based on business needs and be open to new ideas tosupport positive change

Self-motivated andresults driven

Ability to use initiative,set deadlines and prioritise your own workload as the solemarketing representative for the region

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Excellent eye for detail

CMS (website) management experience

Emailmarketing experience (Salesforce desirable)

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Adobe InDesign experience (desirable)
