And we can’t wait for you to join us.As an Equipment Specialist at Kitopi, you will be supporting us on our expansion plans

What You'll Do

  • Standardizing international equipment deals & local equipment package.
  • Forecast equipment needs for future markets to support overall negotiations with manufacturers.
  • Shortlisting & selecting equipment supplier through tender process.
  • Coordinate detailed kitchen design (elevations, MEP design, water & plumbing).
  • Approval & sign off of kitchen equipment specification sheets (1000+ per new market).
  • Approval & sign off of stainless steel fabrication shop drawings.
  • Supervising installation of equipment.
  • Snag report and follow up (handover to local facility supervisor).
  • Obtain and register O&M manuals.
  • Asset tag all new assets and ensure a preventative and reactive maintenance plan is in place.
  • Procurement (through tender) of all kitchen utensils.
  • What We Look For

  • Minimum 5 years experience in F&B projects with equipment experience.
  • Acquainted with equipment MEP requirements.
  • Ability to work on AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and quality levels of different kitchen equipment while staying up to date of latest developments within this industry.
  • Operational understanding to assess design feasibility and lead to coordination.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
