Job Role : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTSPECIALIST
The Business Development Specialist is to identify salesleads, pitch services to new and potential Clients and maintain agood working relationship with all contacts.
The BusinessDevelopment Specialist must acquire the dedication to create andapply an effective sales strategy on behalf of thebusiness.
Specific Duties &Responsibilities
Prepare monthlyreport to the ATI Marketing Team and Head of Healthcare onrequirements for the business for the following month
Understanding and finding new business and markets toenter on behalf of the business
Understand newways to enter the insurance market within Dubai
Understanding the industry and its competitors
Preparing presentations with the ATI MarketingTeam
Negotiating contracts with Clients andensuring deals are closed on behalf of the business
Receiving KPIs from the Head of Healthcare on a yearlybasis and monitoring these to ensure they are being met
Preparing the competitor analysis report and provide tothe Head of Healthcare monthly
Resolve anycustomer complaints on behalf of the business
Ensuring the Client Care Team are responding to querieswithin the correct timeframe
Monitor the leadconversion rate weekly
Contacting potentialclients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives inconjunction with ATI marketing team
Researching organizations and individuals to find newopportunities.
Increasing the value of currentcustomers while attracting new ones.
Findingand developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industryevents.
Developing quotes and proposals forclients.
Training personnel and helping teammembers develop their skills.
JobQualifications and skills
A minimumof 5 years’ experience working within a Salesrole
A degree in business management orequivalent
