POSITION SUMMARY Create recreational activityagendas and advertisements using publishing software. Conductinventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and inform managerof low supply items.

Encourage, recruit, register, and scheduleguests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun andrelaxing atmosphere for guests.

Provide information to guests aboutavailable recreation facilities and activities. Promote the rulesand regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safetyand welfare of guests and members.

Observe activity in therecreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance withlocal operating procedure in the event of an emergency.

Be aware ofpossible situations where guests are not able to safely participatein an activity and inform supervisor / manager.

Provide assistance toinjured guests until the arrival of emergency medical services.Clean and maintain recreational equipment and supplies.

  • Assistmanagement in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serveas a role model. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe workconditions to manager;
  • complete safety training and certifications.Follow company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personalappearance is clean and professional;
  • maintain confidentiality ofproprietary information; protect company assets. Anticipate andaddress guests service needs; assist individuals with disabilities.

    Speak with others using clear and professional language; answertelephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintainpositive working relationships with others.

  • Process orders ortransactions from customers and collect payment as necessary.Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards;
  • identify,recommend, and implement new ways to increase organizationalquality. Read and visually verify information in a variety offormats (e.

    g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, ormachines (e.g., to identify defects). Enter and locate work-relatedinformation using computers and / or point of sale systems.

    Stand,sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire workshift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighingless than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and objectsweighing in excess of 50 pounds with assistance.

    Grasp, turn, andmanipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motorskills and hand-eye coordination. Move through narrow, confined, orelevated spaces.

    Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces aswell as up and down stairs and / or service ramps. Reach overhead andbelow the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, andstooping.
