Lead / inspire / motivate and develop the team by effectivelyestablishing priorities, goals and resourcing plans
Develop the company’s ability to incubate andaccelerate new product / category initiatives.
Develop a standard of high performing, well-coordinatedteams across all business units capable of supporting acceleratedgrowth and rapid adoption of new technologies, services andpartners.
Drive the financial decision-makingand risk management.
Own, refine and monitorperformance measures that support the strategy and operatingplans.
Prepare and lead the organizationthrough periods of acquisition integration.
Build a scalable, operationally excellenttechnology / service delivery organization.
Prepare and implement strategic and operational plans andactions to ensure that facilities and systems, procedures,staffing, support services and capacity are available when neededand at required levels.
Lead all planning andmanagement meetings with a view towards coordinated effortpriorities.
Define, build and manage ascalable and flexible organization structure.
Become a leader in the shaping of overall corporatestrategy.
Create a culture of metrics drivenaccountability balanced effectively with clientcentricity
Drive the company’sannual strategy, budget and planning exercises.
Enhance the organization’s ability to innovatein designing product offerings, positioning and operatingmodels.
Oversee change initiatives withcomprehensive planning and smooth execution.
Improve client loyalty and client experience bydeveloping meaningful relationships with top clients
The successfulcandidate could bring have a broad-based background and could haveevolved to a top leadership role from three potential avenues :
A recognized technical / marketing / financialpedigree coupled with some demonstrable operational success;or
A highly technical track record ofachievement with progression to leadership roles and operationalsuccess; or
A strong operational backgroundthat the candidate has leveraged into a broader track record ofleadership across an organization potentially as a general manageror second in command.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent is highlypreferred.
Years of broad-based andprogressive experience in leadership role in a fast-paced growingtechnology company.
Highly adaptable and ableto deal with ambiguity.
