Summary of Responsibilities :

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engagingservice
  • Lead and supervise the GuestServices team while ensuring all service standards arefollowed
  • Handle guest concerns and reactquickly, logging and notifying proper departments
  • Attend regularly scheduled departmental meeting
  • Balance operational, administrative and Colleagueneeds
  • Assist guests regarding hotelfacilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications :

  • Passion for guest service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal andleadership skills.
  • Highly organized,results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work wellunder pressure.
  • Previous experience as aButler is a must
  • Fluency in English, and atleast one additional language
  • Must have theability to handle a multitude of tasks and Guest requests.
  • Knowledge of Micros-Fidelio Property ManagementSystem an asset.
  • Ability to workindependently and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Experience with a Hotel loyalty program an asset.
  • Computer proficiency in a Windows environment(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
