  • Oversee and direct constructionprojects from conception to completion
  • Developinitial ideas and acquire key information about potential projects,discuss requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setproject schedules
  • Understand clientrequirements and obtain client buy-off / sign-off on productionitems, especially on artistic and design matters.
  • Coordinate between in-house production facility, site,and subcontractors, as necessary. Undertake site checks as neededto monitor progress, meet with client / consultant, etc.
  • Review work progress on daily basis and report to yourmanager regarding your findings and recommendations
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emergingones
  • Review and monitor the progress of theproject and prepare internal reports on daily basis and report tothe senior management
  • Understandclient’s needs to develop design concepts and establishfinal briefs
  • Oversee the execution of thedesign together with architects, designers, engineers, andconstructors
  • Review the project in-depth toschedule deliverables and estimate costs - prepare the Program ofWorks and sign off on budget estimates
  • Monitorcosts and ensure that budget targets are being met
  • Coordinating with Company subcontractors and suppliers toensure project supplies and subcontractor works are produced anddelivered as per the projects’ requirements
  • Coordinating externally with other contractors, siteengineers, etc. and internally with the Company engineers andproduction team, logistics and purchasing, document control, etc.

  • Arrange and lead team meetings
  • Meetcontractual conditions of performance
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtainpermits and licenses
  • Oversee all onsite andoffsite constructions to monitor compliance with building andsafety regulations
  • Analyze, manage andmitigate risks
  • Ensure quality constructionstandards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by themanagement or its duly authorized representative shall also formpart of this job description
  • Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a ProjectCoordinator or similar role
  • Experience inproject management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedulesand step-by-step action plans
  • Solidorganizational skills, including multitasking andtime-management
  • Strong client-facing andteamwork skills
  • Familiarity with riskmanagement and quality assurance control
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project andMicrosoft Planner
  • Hands-on experience withproject management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
  • BSc in Business Administration or relatedfield
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is aplus
