Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new tools, and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
Quality checks on campaigns, proofreading them for clarity, grammar and spelling. Copywriting when required. Email campaigns are fully optimised for all devices and email clients.
Emails all follow industry best practice. CRM subscriber growth strategy including data integration with Shukran, our loyalty card.
Adhering to brands guidelines. Working with stakeholders copywriting team / graphic design team / concepts to ensure effective delivery of campaign briefs.
Working closely with CRM Manager and CRM Executives to ensure we are able to fulfil the requirements of multiple concepts to an excellent standard.
Reporting & Testing Reporting and recommendations on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. You’ll report on sales revenue generated from multiple channels analysing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Develop, execute and track the efficiency of AB tests and multivariant testing across campaigns and provide key areas of improvement on how to optimize communications by brand.
