We have roles in retail, commercial, investment and private banking and a range of operational and functional teams Role Purpose The Digital Sales & Engagement Manager is a critical member of the Middle East, North Africa & Turkey (MENAT) Digital team, specifically, this role will be accountable for delivery of ambitious commercial growth in Digital performance, measured by the Digital KPIs, with a particular focus on : Digital Sales;
Digital Revenue; Net Promoter Score (NPS); Digitally Active; Digital Engagement and Digital Transactions & Servicing Ratio.
The role holder will be responsible for defining, agreeing and achieving the digital channel targets digital sales, digital conversion, revenue growth and digital channel share of voice.
Lead Digital Acquisition and Sales Journey Transformation activities across the public websites, account opening and originations, mobile banking and online banking for the MENAT region.
Key focus on retail customer journeys : credit cards, loans and accounts and wealth customer journeys : direct investing and FX.
The role holder will be passionate about customer journey optimisation and transforming the digital channel into a high performing and credible sales channel.
As the primary contact the role holder will be responsible for overseeing the day to day execution of Digital Commercialisation programs, marketing consulting, data analysis and complex problem solving, while working closely with the global digital and analytics teams.
The role holder will build and maintain exceptionally strong relationships with the Regional and Country Digital teams, advising them on how to apply quantifiable long-
term, state of the art optimization strategies, including but not limited to A / B testing, multivariate testing, personalisation and content targeting.
Establish excellent working relationship with the wider business teams, specifically, Sales & Distribution, Products & Propositions, Customer Relationship Management and Analytics to ensure deliverables are matched to business outcomes.
Metrics and governance in place to track and report business performance, project impacts and departmental costs.
Business Case cost / benefit modelling to identify project / service ROI.
Developing Digital as an increasing driver of UAE RBWM’s revenue, cost and business improvement.
Bench mark digital performance and processes against industry best practise; proposing change where necessary.
Execution against the strategy that drives a step change increase in digital customer engagement, revenue, servicing and satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement in the performance of the Internet and Mobile Banking Channels.
Drive forward continuous improvement in our customer journeys and seek to optimize from both a sales & service perspective.
Be a passionate advocate for Digital, enthusiastically representing the customer by putting them first in all Digital initiatives
Bring clear leadership to the role and become well known across the business and Group as a key stakeholder and decision maker within the UAE Digital Business.
Build long-term relationships with all stakeholders and strategically influence and leverage the matrix organization to achieve business results across all UAE channels
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Experience and Knowledge
Preferably holding Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
Customer obsessed, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines.
Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and / or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
Outstanding track record with a digital business and transforming digital sales.
Experience with A / B Testing and Multivariate Testing solutions. Experience with personalisation projects or programs an advantage.
Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with statistical analysis or experiment design.
Working knowledge of the Adobe product suite, Tealium or relatable MI and analysis tools.
