Job Role : Fleet Coordinator
Background andworking knowledge of Offshore Support Vessel or Marine Operationsis preferable.
Good knowledge of offshoreequipment, systems and associated regulations
Strong background inaccounting
Strong background and experiencein marine coordination
Minimum Experience &Knowledge & Skills
5 years of experience in offshore operations and relatedactivities within the oil & gas industry
JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for the coordination and administration ofFleet logistics requirements, requisitions, maintenance anddocumentation work within team environment to effectively managethe day-to-day requirements of vessels assigned to eachteam.
Liaise and enablesdelivery of vessels provisions, spares, and other supplies as wellas service & repair orders.
Maintainsdatabase containing operational capabilities to ensure up to dateinformation and records
Administers andarchives monthly records, logbooks, and other documentationreceived from fleet vessels
Assigned to aVessel Management Team, assisting Superintendent’s withVessel Administration and Coordination.
Maintain Marine Calendar and WeeklyPlanning during operations .
Enter requisition data into the System for procurementprocessing
Coordinate with the respectiveFleet Planner on requisition processing.
Coordinate and enter data for the initiation of WorkService Orders.
Coordinate with the respectiveFleet Planner on Work Service Order processing.
Responsible for the receipt of vessel monthlyreports.
Responsible for the transmittal ofvessel fleet correspondence
Follow up deliveryof vessel requisition items with Material Management andProcurement Division
Follow up on other FleetAdministrative matters as directed.
