Job Role : Sales Manager

RoleSummary :

The Sales Manager position willbe responsible for Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS)Aftermarket Sales covering UAE.

It is a key role inproviding sales excellence and commercial intensity, identifyingwhite space in assigned territory. Build intimate relationship withOil & Gas Operating Companies to deliver sustainable& long-term key account management for Onshore / OffshoreProduction (OOP), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) & Pipelineand Gas Processing (PGP) industry segments.

Essential Responsibilities :

The Aftermarket Sales Manager should develop practical andinnovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you willbe responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize yourunderstanding and experience to execute business objectives, andhave the ability to effect short-term and some long-term planning,and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Candidate of thatrole should have the ability to :

  • Execute on assignedoperating plan and assures that the business winsprofitable / productive Aftermarket sales in UAE. Provide deal teamleadership for related sales through the formulation and executionof proposal strategies that capitalize on BHGE'
  • scompetitive strengths to serve the customer's needsresulting In execution of definitive sales agreements. Manage thesales proposal process from opportunity identification throughcontract flow down to key BHGE organizations.

    Lead relationship andstrategy with channel partners and key strategic partners in themarket to expand market footprint and ensure business wins andmarket growth.

    Lead deal structuring, pricing and all otherproposal development activities as the sales team's primaryproposal interface with projects, platform, global operations, riskmanagement and other functional groups as required.

    Lead dealstrategy development and reviews, ultimately obtaining appropriateapprovals for pricing, delivery and other commercial terms forspecific sales proposals up to a successful negotiation &deal closure.

    Integrate and develop processes that meet businessneeds across the organization, manage complex issues. Developcustomer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in theirexecution.

    Integrate information, resources, and activities withinthe region and / or among global regions. Specify critical resourceneeds required to meet business objectives.

    Demonstrateaccountability for functional, business, and broad companyobjectives. Develop influential relationships with assigned Oil& Gas Companies in UAE at all levels.

    Understand decisionmaking process and develop strategies to win profitable businessfrom those customers. Integrate and lead technical support team,including contracts, finance, product support, and others inimplementation of customer strategies.

    Provide specific accountleadership, plans, and actions to assure that BHGE wins profitablebusiness within the assigned Oil & Gas Companies.

    Maintainknowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitoractions and customer base. Conduct weekly visits with Oil &Gas Companies at site / plant and / or headquarters to ensure proximitywith key stakeholders & decision makers.

    Maintain a strongrelationship with various organizations (Maintenance, Procurement,Engineering and Operations) within the assigned Oil & GasCompanies in UAE.

    Engage needed resources and technical sales teamto scout for new opportunities to enlarge the of opportunities formaintenance, contractual and technology services portfolios.

    Havegood vision of market dynamics, able to set priorities. Assistsales directors in identifying new opportunities, creating salesanalysis & forecast business plans to sustain desiredgrowth.

    Work with marketing to develop new products and services todrive the business growth based on customer needs &expectations.

    Qualifications / Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university orcollege in Engineering or equivalent. At least 8+ years ofexperience in a sales or marketing of Oil & Gas Equipment,commercial background is an asset.

    Experience in the Middle EastRegion, and record of managing a big portfolio. Customer focusedand ability to build relationship based on trust andaccountability.

    Healthy business acumen and ability to lead insecuring orders. Excellent communication skills both verbally andwritten, fluency in both English and Arabic.

    Ability to workeffectively in cross discipline and cross functional environments.Mobility and flexibility

    Desired Characteristics :

    Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.Experience in Oil & Gas industry, working knowledge in UAEis preferred.

    In-depth knowledge of the industrial applications forproduct lines and markets. Strong oral and written communicationskills.

    Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Integrativeteam working style.
