Reporting to Dubai Mall Fashion Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the Client Relationship Management with an aim to increase the knowledge of our clients.
A true ambassador of the Brand, you will contribute to the excellence of the client experience and the influence of the Boutique, within the House as well as externally.
Your main responsibilities are :
Develop, analyze and share the knowledge of our clients in the Boutique :
Follow-up on clienteling programs with the Boutique team : Fashion Advisors, Supervisors and Assistant Boutique Managers-
Conduct deep analysis on client activity and propose CRM action plans-Ensure regular reports to the Boutique Manager and Fashion Marketing Manager on all CRM related activities conducted within the Boutique by the team-
Be responsible for the quality of information in our database-Coordinate and track customer complaints
Follow and improve customer experience in the Boutique :
Implement action plans to develop client experience and client loyalty-Initiate the improvement and launch of new services in the Boutique
Organize events for our clients :
Be an ambassador for the Boutique by providing a personalized service during the events to customers and external partners-
Suggest new Boutique activities and client tools to build the loyalty of our VIC, while considering local specifities
You should have a strong working experience with Clients, preferably in Fashion Retail or any other luxury environment. You should have a deep understanding of the local Market with fashion sensitivity.
Your leadership, strong communications skills combined with your excellent analytical mindset and organizational skills will be key to succeed in this position.
