Key Responsibilities / Duties :
To overview the EPC contractor as Piping Engineer on project management consultant team for EPC and associated project activities.
Review all EPC documents and engineering deliverables prepared by EPC Engineer / Licensor and take necessary actions as required.
Review compliance with EPC Engineers / Licensors requirements during design review, safety reviews etc.
Respond to technical queries as deemed necessary.
Review request for Design Deviations and recommend its acceptance or not.
Participate in Hazop and safety review meetings.
Essential Candidate Requirements :
Minimum of fifteen (15) years post graduate experience with minimum eight (8) years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry with comprehensive hands-
on experience in Construction Engineering
Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering
Good HSE awareness and commitment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good technical, team and interpersonal skills
Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems
Experience with contractors and / or Operating Companies, in particular those involved in the construction of major Oil and Gas facilities
