  • The Officer - Administration provides administrative support within a specific HCT department with core responsibilities consisting of document control activities;
  • drafting departmental correspondence; and assisting with meeting and event logistics. The incumbent may receive direction from various staff within the department and is expected to prioritize his / her workload appropriately.

    This position plays a key role in supporting daily activities and overall administrative requirements to ensure that the objectives and needs of all clientele are met.

    Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline is required
  • A relevant post-secondary qualification (eg - certificate or diploma) may be considered for UAE Nationals with previous work experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of office administration experience, preferably within an educational institution
