Who we are
Stealth) is a new player within the cryptocurrency / decentralised finance ('DeFi') space, specifically targeting the intersection between investments and term deposits.
We are tackling the perceived difficulty most traditional retail investors face when making the decision to invest into cryptocurrency, by removing those perceived barriers.
We want to make investing into cryptocurrency easy, enjoyable and profitable for those who want to diversify their current investment portfolio.

Responsibilities
Take a Seed-stage (initial funding secured) company from 0 to 100 in a matter of months
Create and execute on the product, architecture and engineering roadmap
Attract and hire great talent, whether they are new employees, freelancers or advisers
Develop both product and engineering teams and ensure that hiring needs are met
Define goals for product research and discovery, driving the team to continuous execution
Ensure that clear and constantly improving delivery and quality assurance processes are in place
Set, monitor and report both product and engineering goals (OKRs and KPIs) to stakeholders
Communicate product and technology strategy to customers, partners and shareholders
Build lasting partnerships with other cryptocurrency companies and financial institutions
Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and infrastructure (scalable)
Requirements and qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline, or comparable industry experience
5 to 10 years experience of working within the SaaS and / or fintech industry
Have a minimum of 3 years experience managing a growing tech team, as a CTO or Head of X
Experience in building and refining technical tests, as to support the technical hiring process
Experience in Cloud Infrastructures, Kubernetes and MicroServices architecture
Understanding of core banking systems and / or financial API integrations (e.g. AISP, PISP, etc.)
Highly proficient in good code design practices and have experience with coaching others
Understanding of not only tech team dynamics, but also product, design, marketing and business
You are currently based within the UAE, or are willing to relocate for this role
Written and oral fluency in English, and the ability to communicate effectively
Nice to haves
Experience within the cryptocurrency and / or crypto investment space
Written and verbal fluency in Arabic
An extensive local network (UAE), both within the startup ecosystem and financial services
