Knowledge and experience of documentation, correspondences and filing systems.
Coordinate with the department staff members, transfer the head of department
instructions and to the department staff members, document them and follow up.
Control the output production of drawings and documents, printing and plotting.
To plan & develop the frame work of duties and tasks.
To use the principles of communication.
Prepare the required reports, follow up the head of section instructions, prepare
the minutes of meetings and follow up with attendees. Other Duties
Reporting to head of design.
Managing and control the department correspondences and documentation works.
Coordinating with other staff members in the design team.
Knowledge Requirements :
Computer knowledge, MS Windows and Office applications.
Business or administration diploma graduate with a minimum
of five (5) years experience in handling documentations and correspondences,
Computer software’s ability.
