The role of a Junior Creative Technologist is that of a trusted partner. The Junior Creative Technologist consults with internal client teams, providing support and counsel about the use and application of technology, and develops hardware and software solutions for these business goals.
Create email templates, banners, and landing pages for client campaigns using existing platforms or recommending right-sized solutions
Handle smaller projects independently, progressively earning larger responsibility
Travel to our event activations and take a hands-on role in making our hardware and software solutions come to life
Participate in ideation and work sessions with Creatives, Business Leads, and Integrated Producers to inject technology into our client work
Support the R&D efforts of the organization, identifying emerging technologies and how they can be applied to innovative campaigns and events
Work with the Production team to assist with management of vendors, contractors and support continuous performance management by monitoring and tracking performance
Responsible for conceiving and building technology- enabled new ventures, business methods, marketing properties, products and services
Constantly evolve capabilities and master new technologies
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
A profound love and passion for Technology
Bachelor’s degree in engineer, computer science, marketing, interactive digital media or related field.
2+ years related experience working with Marketing / Digital / Technology teams.
Agency experience, or experience in another creatively charged, collaborative environment.
Knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising landscape, the unique technical aspects of the medium, and their impact on account planning.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi- disciplinary teams
