JobResponsibilities :

  • Project Coordinator must work collaboratively withrelevant project managers and project teams to maximizeproductivity
  • Organize and monitor schedulesand see that deadlines are met
  • Prepare anddisseminate correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages androuting correspondence
  • Manage meetinglogistics, arranging rooms, preparation for meetings, agenda,documents, minutes, actions and follow ups as required
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Producing and collating high quality documents andpresentations
  • Project Coordinator will assistthe leadership team with other administrative tasks and ad hocprojects
  • Act as the point of contact betweenthe executives and external consultants
  • JobRequirements :

  • 2 years of relevantwork experience in theUAE (essential)
  • Degreein any discipline
  • Proficient inEnglish
  • Female candidatespossessing secretarial and coordination experiencerequired
