As a Learning & Sales Enablement Partner you will support the GBS culture of learning through implementation of professional development and functional skills training programs.
You will be responsible for creating and rolling out existing and new enablement programs, such as Onboarding, Sales academies, E-learning training, etc.
Onboard new employees, deploying a program including tactics for remote engagement. - Develop and implement learning programs and sales academies, providing GBS team with the right information, content, and tools to help them sell more effectively.
Work closely with cross-functional partners to support and reinforce training related to products, processes, tools and go-to market strategies.
Establish collaborative relationships with Talent & Development teams across-Geos. - Support team offsites, summits and org -wide events as needed.
Manage, setup and align all trainings - calendar management, operations and logistics - online and offline.- Design training curricula within time and budget.
Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies). - Create and maintain reporting for impact measurement via training program data collection and analysis ( e.
g surveys, assessments, certification, etc.)- Support skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement. - Support other learning projects as needed.
QualificationsTechnical skills : - 3+ years of experience in Training and / or Learning & Development deplying and managing training programs for employee on-boarding, training and sales enablement (eLearning, instructor-led training, video tutorials).
Experience developing training materials (e.g. presentations, videos, guides, etc.) and e-learning platforms. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills with proven experience.
Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams while being flexible and responsive to dynamic situations and changing priorities.
Project management and event management. Soft skills : - Excellent organizational skills. Solid communication and presentation abilities.
Passion for learning and people development. - Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the ability to learn quickly.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships. - Highly collaborative spirit.
A can-do, positive attitude, and a strong desire to get things done. Nice to have- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up.
Proficiency with course authoring and content delivery tools and usage-tracking systems. - Experience in a sales enablement position is preferable.
Experience in sales coaching and exposure to coaching frameworks.- Additional certification in training is a plus.
