Reporting to the Innovation Director, you will, primarily :

  • Design, plan and execute internal community-buildingprograms, such as Innovation Ambassadors, organizing andfacilitating recurring virtual and in-person gatherings, producingand distributing content via newsletters and other channels
  • Design, plan and execute internal innovation learning& development programs, such as Reversed Mentoring, DesignThinking Badges and, Ignite, organizing and facilitatingrecurring virtual and in-person gatherings, producing anddistributing content
  • Design, plan and executeinitiatives that strengthen EY.s connection to external players,such as startups, founders, investors and the entrepreneurshipcommunity at large, organizing and facilitating recurring virtualand in-person gatherings, producing and distributing content
  • Design, curate, produce and distribute the Nextnewsletter and other communication initiatives required tostrengthen the value proposition of innovation across MENA
  • Organize and facilitate innovation workshops, supportinginternal teams to innovate by applying tools such as DesignThinking, Business Model Canvas, ideation techniques, prototyping,piloting and testing methods
  • Create, plan and obtainapproval for new innovation culture-building programs
  • Manage the roadmap, resourcing, and budget for the culture-buildingprograms, ensuring that the programs are delivered within theapproved timeframes, and effectively investing the allocatedresources
  • Collect, review and report metrics that willallow us to improve our programs Skills and attributes for success :
  • Proven experience creating, implementing and runninginternal innovation and culture-building programs
  • Solidexpertise applying creativity tools and innovation methods, beingable to select from a "tool kit" the ones bestsuited to each situation
  • Proven experience producing anddistributing content
  • Practice facilitating meetings,working sessions, and workshops, with a varied number ofparticipants
  • Demonstrate strong communications skills ina wide range of situations and with people at all levels within theorganization, from junior associates to senior leadership,including Partners and C-suite
  • Strong business acumen
  • High energy and dynamism, demonstrating a hands-onapproach, resilience, comfort dealing with ambiguity and working ona start-up-like environment within a large corporation
  • Astrong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually,and with little guidance
  • Excellent time management andorganizing skills To qualify you must have :
  • A universitydegree (or relevant working experience in lieu, with extensivecontinuous learning opportunities).

  • 10+ years ofrelevant work experience
