  • Business travel arrangements,including bookings, visas and accommodation
  • Point of contact for all office related maintenance, mailing,shipping, supplies
  • Monitor and maintain goodstationery and pantry supplies
  • Filing of alloffice related documents and records, ensuring easy access whenrequired
  • Coordinate with IT on all officeequipment set-up where necessary
  • Ensure alloffice agreements and certificates are in place and renewed,including lease agreements, licenses, service certificates, taxcertificates.
  • This to be handled for 4 entities

  • Liaising with stakeholders e.g., banks and vendors toupdate company related information when required
  • Support to any office / business visitors
  • HRSupport :

  • Follow-up, capture and recording ofemployee leave ensuring up to date at all times
  • Coordinating with company PRO on employee visas
  • Medical insurance administration includingadditions, deletions and support with annual renewal
  • Onboarding coordination including equipment orders, ID,work resources and office access
  • Exitcoordination including visa cancellation, collection of officeequipment, work resources and access items
  • Payroll support
  • Finance :

  • Creating beneficiaries and loading payments
  • Managing petty cash
  • Ad hoc errands relatedto bank
