Establish recruiting requirements by studyingand planning for the organization business plan and workproactively to fill all vacant positions.
Identify all needs replacement positions or expansionrequests and work on their hiring.
Identifyapplicant requirements for each job by studying job descriptionsand job qualifications.
Responsible forcoordinating all management interviews, final interviews andexternal assessments.
Track and report allrecruiting & hiring processes and follow continuousimprovement targets.
Lead the creation of arecruiting and interviewing plan for each vacant position includingposting the job, coordinating all required tests &assessments, all interviews and the job offer in case of acceptanceor feedback in case of rejection or pipeline.
Evaluates applicants by discussing Job requirements andapplicant with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent setof qualifications.
Responsible foremployee’s relocation and retention offers incoordination with concerned managers.
