The primary role of a LSM Manager is to effectively manage the LSM operation This involves delivering the agreed category business objectives in this channel and managing KAEs The role requires strategic thinking solid planning and analytic skills a passion for growth and an ability to lead and deliver through others To be responsible for Volume and NIV for the Channel across the assigned geography To ensure that Unilever Category Objectives are fully met To ensure that agreed standards of customer service are met To ensure that all trading agreements with customers are fully implemented To ensure that all planned activities are in place on time Main Accountabilities Ensure achievement of his teams IMS Distribution and visibility Targets for all Brands Categories Develop and implement appropriate Channel Customer Plans utilizing the support budget to achieve the sales Targets Monitor Sales Performance by KAEs by Brand by Customer through Daily Weekly Monthly reports Conduct frequent Business review meetings with all customers Ensure prompt listing of NPDs as per agreed norms Lead the related negotiations with all customers Ensure Shelf Planno-
