  • Manager digital marketing channels including but not limited to : Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Media, Email Marketing,Influencer Marketing and Affiliates.
  • Keep a tight pulse on paid channel performance through a keenunderstanding of Google Analytics reporting and Digital AdManagement reporting.
  • Manage andoptimize eCommerce product feed for paid programs such as Googleshopping, Facebook DPAs, Pinterest Shopping, and retargetingprograms.
  • Manage Google Tag Managerto gather paid program insights, making recommendations, andensuring effective ROI measurement.
  • Identify opportunities for ROAS improvement program scalability,and testing as necessary.
  • Maintainthe paid media creative calendar ensuring best performing andseasonally relevant creative is available & trafficked ontime.
  • Work closely with the brandprincipals from brief, establish timelines, and acquire finalapproval on paid ads ensuring ads meet best practices and aredelivered with correct specs.
  • Collaborate with externalpartners and agencies on launching new campaigns, creative testing,implementing / QA'ing tagging and tracking, and monitoringperformance to continue growth and success of existing and newacquisition programs
  • Partner withMarketing Manager to ensure omni channel marketing approach acrossall channels.
  • Analyze digitalcampaign landing page performance, design testing initiatives toensure traffic is being driven to the highest performing page onmobile and desktop
  • Develop, launch,and scale email lead generation efforts to achieve monthly emailsubscriber goals and ROI.
  • Familiarmanaging self-service platforms like Facebook Ads, Google AdWords,Criteo, Email Marketing,
  • Proficiencyin Google Analytics, GTM, designing custom reports, consumerfunnels
  • Strong quantitative,analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortablewith data analysis and enjoy working with data to understandperformance, optimize campaigns, drive decisions, and measureresults
  • Excellent time management,organizational skills; must possess a self-starter attitude with aneagerness to learn
  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills; must be able to present ideas in a clear,concise, understandable, and organized manner
