An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world’s most progressive technology firms at the forefront of high-

Supporting the Middle East business, the HR Manager will report into the Director of HR, based in the UK office. The office is developing very quickly in Dubai and currently has +80 employees, with significant recruitment due to take place through 2019.
Hence, the HR Manager will take full responsibility for all new hires, on boarding and employee relations in general. Additionally, there will be constant liaison with counterparts in the UK and USA, ensuring policies and procedures are aligned and processes are followed through as company standard.
The HR Manager will manage all day to day HR Operations and oversee the full HR and Administration teams. Strategically, the successful candidate will be able to add value from the local perspective, volunteering new ideas and initiatives for the region, as well as compiling and managing the regional HR budget.
