Job Role : Senior LogisticsManager

EssentialResponsibilities :

  • Manages thecompany operations of all product / service systems Acts as theprimary resource on all issues related to execution of services,including cost / budget compliance, well-site execution, resourceallocation Drives efficiencies and creates operational servicesynergies across product lines Responsible for customersatisfaction within the operational scope Manages operationsemployee performance, development and technical training Recommendstargets for quality and reliability, utilization, spend on rentaltools, and provides overall vision for operations in the appointedscope Responsible for setting and executing overall strategy forLogistics across the designated region for Oilfield Services (OFS)Lead a team of Logistics Supervisors / Managers responsible formanaging and coordinating communication between the differentbusinesses'
  • functions, global supply chain and thelogistics Center of Excellence (CoE) as well as BHGE'sLogistics partners. Set strategic direction for planning andscheduling activities within the organization.

    Responsible for alllogistics processes, performance, financials (profitabilitymeasures), logistics compliance and execution for Oilfield Services(OFS) businesses in the designated Region.

    Determines departmentalbudget and financial plan of freight spend that is submitted toleadership for approval / disapproval.

    Monitors actual performanceagainst budget through budget year. Maintain the highest level ofintegrity and ethics in all dealings with both internal &external customers and suppliers.

    Demonstrate leadership incommunicating business goals / programs / processes for an area orbusiness segment. Ensures all BHGE Global Logistics & TradeCompliance Policies, Guidelines and strategic requirements are metand related strategies employed throughout the Region.

    Supports andacts as Operations / Customer / Government liaison on logisticalmatters within / representing the Region. Leads in resolution ofsignificant logistical dispute issues, identifies improvementopportunities.

    Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 12+ years'experience in Fracturing both in field and operations Experienceacross multiple product lines and geographies preferredBachelor'
  • s Degree from an accredited university inEngineering or Supply Chain Management or Logistics. Substantialexperience within Oil industry logistics or freight forwarding with+7 years in a compliant supply chain environment.

    Comprehensiveknowledge on domestic transportation, fleet management,international logistics and some elements of personnel logistics.

    Knowledge on distribution models, methods and procedures. Knowledgeof company policies and procedures. Previous Project managementexperience with a demonstrated ability to lead implementation ofcomplex project as well as manage teams effectively.

    Excellentcommunication skills : experience working across multiple levelsfunctions and able to deliver messages effectively verbally and inwriting.

    Ability to communicate using English. Must be willing totravel. LEAN expertise, including LEAN Six Sigma processmethodology is a plus.

    Ability to lead, energize, develop and buildrapport at all levels within the organization. Strong presentationskills to senior level leadership with working knowledge of MSOffice applications (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
