Job Role : Creative Design And InnovationTraining Specialist
Responsibilities for the Creative Design andInnovation Training Specialist roleinclude :
Prepare anannual training plan according to the strategic priorities,evaluation results and the training needs of Creative Design& Innovation Teachers and related staff
Design and develop training programs, providing technicalsupport for core training in the implementation of the trainingprogrammes.
Evaluate training packages incooperation with the related departments according to industryprinciples and best practice
Co-ordinate theexternal training provides to prepare or develop the content oftraining programmes that are planned for staff in the light of theMinistry'
s needs and the training and professionaldevelopment plan.
Identify suitable staff tobecome internal trainers and prepare plans for qualifying them ascertified trainers.
Assess trainingprogrammes, measuring their impact and analyzingresults.
Monitor the effectiveness of trainingand measuring the gaps between outputs and expected outcomes ofprofessional development programmes.
Contribute to the analysis of statistical data oftraining programs and the extraction of performance indicators anddevelopment solutions.
Prepare an evaluationstudy of the impact of professional development programmes on theperformance of staff and impact on students.
Apply best practice in the fields of training developmentof human resources and make suggestions for developing bestpractice methods.
Provide technical support toinform Directorate initiatives.
Carry out anyother tasks related to the job as required.
MA / MSc in a Science or Engineeringsubject
PhD / Doctorate in a Science or Engineeringsubject
Professional qualification in staffdevelopment, for example, CPID Diploma in Learning &Development
Experience : Essential
A minimum ofthree-years' experience in a senior learning anddevelopment role
Experience ofproviding training solutions in an educational setting
