Develop, maintain and review the current contract manufacturingstrategy and partnerships across MEA
Lead,collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (PD / TCS / SupplyChain / Quality / SHE / Engineering)
Implement newprojects, determine manufacturing requirements.
Drivecontract manufacturer capability and capacity evaluation to enableon-time delivery of project and products going forward.
Manage schedule, capacity, supply chain flexibility, qualityissues and new product updates.
Communicate statusand risks to management.
Maintains work flow bymonitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables;observing control points and equipment;
monitoring personnel andresources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions;developing reporting procedures and systems;
facilitatingcorrections to malfunctions within process control points;initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and betweendepartments.
Negotiate master service agreements andSLA, KPI, Pricing.
Lead meetings to ensure newproduct development and cost saving initiatives.
Strong spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills
Knowledge of SHE / QA / Compliance / Manufacturing processes
